What is an Agent?

An “Agent” is a registered user (usually a “Teacher”) with additional permissions that allow them to manage the Classes and People in a school Campus.

Within their Campus, Agents can:

Under “People”

• Invite People with existing accounts to join their school Campus

• Create new accounts for People, individually or in bulk

• Update People’s account details

• Change People’s account passwords

• Record consent (to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) for People under 15 years of age

Under “Classes”

• Create, rename and delete Classes

• Add and remove Teachers and Learners to and from Classes

• Move Teachers and Learners to other Classes

• Give access to HSK Mock tests and/or Wo Hui Mandarin courses* to a Class

_{* Within the limits of what the school has an active subscription for (eg. Unlimited HSK Mock tests for 100 learners for 1 year; or access to Official HSK Courses and Resources on Teach & Learn for 500 learners for 1 year)}

Getting started

Once you have been given Agent permissions (either by another Agent in your school Campus or by someone in our team), open the Campus page for your school to get started.

From HSK Mock (hskmock.com)

1. Log in and under your avatar in the top right and select “My Classes”

   

2. On the “My Classes” page, click the “Manage Class” button in the top right

• ^{If you belong to more than one Campus, you can click the name of your Organisation in the breadcrumb at the top of the Campus page to go up a level to see all the Organisations you are a part of so that you can select a different Campus.}

From Teach & Learn (app.wohuimandarin.com)

1. Log in and under your avatar in the top right and select “Manage Organisation”

   

2. Select your school Campus (you may need to click to expand your Organisation to see your Campus name)
