View and update your details and preferences for HSK Mock

Manage your Account

After logging in, you can view and update your account details at any time:

  • On the website: in the top right corner of the HSK Mock website, click on your avatar and then “My Account“

  • In the mobile app: in bottom right corner, tap on the person icon and then on “Account.”

If you belong to any classes, these are shown in this format:

  • Organisation Name > Campus Name > Class Name, along with the avatar(s) for the teacher(s) of each class

Note that you can edit all your details except your email address, date of birth and class details. If you need to change any of these, please email [email protected]

Reset your password

Below your profile details, you will see the option to “Reset Password.”

  • Enter your current password

  • Enter your new password

  • Confirm your new password

  • Click “Reset”

If you cannot remember your current password, on the log in page click “Forgot password?” to receive a reset password link by email.

Delete your Account

If at any point you wish to delete your account, click “Delete account” at the bottom of the page and follow the on-screen instructions. We will ask you to confirm you are the owner of the account by entering your log in email and password, and that you wish us to delete your account and the data associated with it.
