Adding Accounts

If you are an “Agent,” you have added permissions that allow you to manage the Classes and People in a school Campus. Go to the Campus page, then below the Campus details at the top select the “People” tab …

Invite People

If you want to add to your school Campus someone who already has an HSK Mock/ Wo Hui Mandarin account, click the “Invite People” button.

You will see that you can copy a web link to send them, inviting them to be a part of your Campus.

The person you invite should be logged in to HSK Mock/ Wo Hui Mandarin when they click your invitation link. They will then be taken to a page where they are invited to either:

• Join
  If they click “Join,” you will then find them listed on the “People” tab for your Campus; or

• Cancel
  If they click “Cancel” (or do not click your invitation link), then they will not be added to your Campus since they have not given their consent.

Once a person has been added to your Campus, you can add them to Classes.
